Growing up with ADHD and a wild imagination, I was the kind of kid who couldn’t sit still – not in class, not in my head and not in the family kitchen. My brain moved fast, too fast sometimes. But over time, I realized that my restlessness wasn’t, as it was labeled, “too much” — it was creative energy looking for its place.
Baking is where it landed. Brooklyn, the place. Here I can be bold, experimental and completely myself. This city runs on hustle, big ideas, and the magic of minds that don’t crave the precious.
